Who we are

Rachael Hall, LPC-IT is the owner and clinician of Hall Counseling, LLC. She brings years of experience across diverse mental health settings to provide care to the greater Milwaukee area. Rachael received her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling with an emphasis on trauma through Mount Mary University.

Her work with clients is designed to be individualized and unique to their needs and personal goals. She looks forward to working with adults, teens, and couples using an integrated approach to counseling that emphasizes the importance of the connections in our lives. She strives to guide clients toward healing relational wounds in a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship.

Rachael utilizes an attachment-based lens to guide treatment with clients. This emphasizes a person’s upbringing, relationships with caregivers, and how these aspects can inform the present and future. Unpacking the past in therapy can shed light on patterns in our relationships that keep us stuck and prevent us from reaching our fullest potential. Together, you can develop helpful techniques to use outside of sessions and bring about positive change in your life by interrupting these patterns. Attachment exploration in a therapeutic environment allows for establishing healthier and more fulfilling connections.
